Fact: Punch Tastes Fancier in Tea Cups
Two of the members of the Ladies Drinking League (Myself and Christine) met up in Brooklyn tonight for drinks and dinner. I had heard good things about The Drink (http://thedrinkbrooklyn.com/) and it was located right near our dinner spot, so naturally we explored. The weather was nice, so after we finally got our cups of punch (service is a bit slow...), we sat outside. There is ample seating outside.
I chose the Starboard. I snapped a photo of the ingredients above: Barbancourt Rum, Apricot Juice, Lime, Sassafras Syrup, and Rhubarb Bitters. The drink was so yummy and presented in a tea cup! I love that the glasses are all mismatched, it adds a bit of whimsy.
If you're already in the area, check out The Drink, otherwise, I wouldn't say it is worth the trip, especially from Manhattan ;)
