Inspired New American Cuisine
Over a month ago, I met up with a bunch of the founding contributors for the NY Chapter of Tabelog at Tuome in the East Village. I've wanted to check out this spot for a while and I was glad to do so on someone else's dime!
The cocktails were delicious and the food was a perfect match.
LOVED the Crispy Deviled Egg, the Chicken Liver Mousse with NY Maple Syrup on Milk Bread, Blue Crab Mac & Cheese with Karee Curry and Mascarpone and the Berkshire Pork Belly. So yummy! Wish I could have had the "Pig Out for 2" - next time!
I plan to come down here for a sit-down meal. The event was great to mingle and was focused on heavy appetizers. I'd also like to point out this spot is next door to Minca, a favorite of mine for Ramen!
