A Random Spot in Williamsburg Serves Great Drinks
After our delicious Italian meal at Oregano, Christine and I still wanted to grab a cocktail. It was simply too early to say goodnight. I checked on Yelp! for nearby spots and Trix came up. It was a short walk away, had positive reviews, and Christine has a friend that likes the spot - we had all the validation we needed to go.
As soon as we entered, we noticed the random art all over the restaurant, aptly named Trix (http://www.trixnyc.com/index.html). We sat in a booth and each ordered a cocktail.

Christine ordered the signature Trix Cocktail, made with muddled white and red grapes, Pisco, lime juice and Chardonnay. It was quite tasty - Christine was kind enough to let me try a sip!

I ordered The Amelia, made with vodka, St. Germain, fresh lemon and blackberry puree. It was delicious!
