A Southern Belle Saves the Day
After our meal at Cherry that much left to be desired, we headed to the Tipsy Parson nearby for a drink. After looking at the menu, I knew exactly what to order: The Southern Belle, made with SoCo, peaches, orchard peach liqueur, mint syrup and peach bitters. It was very refreshing and delicious!
Christine loves her some smokey mezcal and got the Down the Hatch, made with mezcal, blood orange, habanero jelly, elderflower syrup, bitter tears (wait...WHAT?), and blood orange-ginger bitters. I loved the color - so purdy!
I want to come back here for a meal - the chicken & waffles and cheddar cornbread sound delish!
