Sipping Drinks in Midtown with Scott!
My close friend Scott is in his second year of business school. It can be complicated to meet up with his schedule alone...add on top of that the hours I've been working lately and it is SUPER difficult. We decided to meet up for a drink at Measure, the fancy hotel bar at Langham Place. It is a favorite of mine since it is so close to my apartment and has fantastic bartenders. What is not to love?
I arrived a bit early, so I ordered a Zacapa Rum cocktail - bartender's choice. I have no idea what was in it, but I surely enjoyed it.

Once Scott arrived, he ordered a Moscow Mule. I love that this cocktail is having such a Renaissance. It is simply fantastic and the presentation is beautiful.

Always the brand supporter, I also got a Lemon Drop made with Ketel One. When you order a drink like this in a nice bar, it comes out deliciously. Not too sweet. Balanced with the acid of the lemon and the sweetness of the sugared rim.

If you're looking for a nice spot for a drink, give Measure a whirl. I would give you a heads up that the live jazz can sometimes be a bit too LIVELY - you may need to yell to hear your neighbor.
