Juvia Delivers A Wonderful Experience in a Beautiful Atmosphere

During my lovely trip to Miami, I enjoyed a lunch at the rooftop restaurant Juvia in Miami Beach. The weather was incredibly pleasant during my visit and we took advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors. I mean, the views are stunning and the color theme is purple - my favorite!

We ordered several delicious items to share. I was too busy nomming away to snap photos of all of them. The salad with ham and burrata (not on the online menu), salmon salad, beef carpaccio, and HUGE grilled prawns on sugarcane skewers were delicious. The salmon salad was awesome and the prawns were incredibly marinated.

The desserts were spectacular! I loved the Rum Baba = the glass of Zacapa XO made it even more delicious. The Basil Peach Melba was a nice, fruity contrast. I'm glad we got this combination of desserts!

I really enjoyed this restaurant and will need to stop by again when I'm back in town!
